About PerfectShots 10.9

PerfectShots 10.9 is an electronic target system application developed and maintained by PerfectShots Technologies Pvt Ltd. The app connects to PerfectShots electronic target hardware via WiFi and Bluetooth to display real-time shot data, scoring, analysis, and training tools for competitive shooters and coaches.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the PerfectShots 10.9 application and associated services.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

  • •Name — used for player profiles and leaderboards
  • •Age and Gender — used for category classification in match modes
  • •Profile Photos — optional, used for player identification within the app
  • •Email Address — used for account recovery and communication (if provided)

Performance Data

  • •Scores — individual shot scores, series scores, match totals, and decimal scoring
  • •Shot Placement — exact X/Y coordinates of each shot on the target face
  • •Timing Data — shot timestamps, inter-shot intervals, series duration
  • •Analysis Metrics — group size, mean point of impact, shot distribution patterns
  • •Session History — complete training and match history for performance tracking

Device and Connection Information

  • •Device type, operating system, and app version
  • •IP address (for local WiFi communication with target hardware)
  • •Bluetooth device identifiers (for hardware pairing)
  • •WiFi network information (for local target system connectivity)

App Permissions

Internet Access

Required for WiFi communication between your device and the PerfectShots target hardware. Also used for firmware update checks and app analytics.

Camera

Used for capturing profile photos for player profiles. Camera access is only activated when you explicitly choose to take a photo. No background camera access occurs.

Bluetooth

Required for initial pairing and communication with PerfectShots target hardware. Bluetooth is used for device discovery and configuration.

Storage

Used for saving exported PDF scorecards, session data backups, and profile photos to your device. Storage access is only used when you explicitly export or save data.

How We Use Your Information

Data Storage and Security

Your shooting data is stored primarily on your local device. The PerfectShots app is designed to operate locally — your device communicates directly with the target hardware over a local WiFi network.

Shot data and session records are not automatically transmitted to external servers. The WiFi connection between your device and the target system is a local network connection, not an internet-based transmission.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data that is stored or transmitted. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

The app includes a Share feature that allows you to voluntarily share your scorecards and session results with coaches, teammates, or on social media. This sharing is entirely user-initiated and optional.

The Export PDF feature generates scorecard documents that are saved to your device. You control how and with whom these documents are shared.

The app may use the following third-party services:

Google Play Services

Used for app distribution, updates, and crash reporting. Google Play Services has its own privacy policy, which you can review on Google's website.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • •Access — You can view all personal data and performance data stored in the app at any time through your player profile and session history.
  • •Update — You can modify your profile information, including name, age, gender, and profile photo, at any time through the app settings.
  • •Delete — You can delete your player profile and all associated session data from the app. You may also contact us to request deletion of any data we may hold.
  • •Opt Out — You can opt out of anonymized analytics by disabling the relevant setting within the app or by contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy

PerfectShots 10.9 is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
