Electronic targets are not an expense line, they are a cost that stops. Put your own numbers in and see what the switch is worth every month.
Seven figures a range manager already knows. Everything on the right updates as you type.
These are your numbers, not a promise. Everything above is arithmetic on the figures you typed in — it is an estimate for planning, not a guarantee of savings, revenue or payback period from PerfectShots.
No hidden multipliers. Four lines of arithmetic you can check against your own books.
open days / month = days open per week × 52 ÷ 12
sessions / month = lanes × sessions per lane per day × open days
lane-hire revenue = sessions / month × fee per session
consumables saved = sessions / month × paper cost per session
staff time saved = staff hours per day × hourly cost × open days
total monthly benefit = consumables saved + staff time saved
payback months = system cost ÷ total monthly benefit
Lane-hire revenue. You already earn it with paper. Counting it as a benefit would make payback look several times faster than it is, so it stays out.
Extra throughput. Electronic scoring turns lanes around faster, which usually means more sessions a day. We have not guessed a number for it — raise sessions per lane yourself if you want to see it.
Power, maintenance and training. Real, small, and specific to your site. We will cover them in the quote rather than pretending to know them now.
A month here is 52 ÷ 12 weeks, not four. Using four weeks would quietly drop about eight percent of your year and understate the saving.
